1.Cooling temperature factor
cooling water temperature should not be too low
The water temperature requirements of diesel genset are clearly defined, but some operators prefer to adjust the outlet water temperature to a low level, some close to the lower limit of the outlet water temperature, or even lower than the lower limit value. It is considered that the water temperature is low, there is no cavitation in the pump, the cooling water (liquid) will not be interrupted, and the insurance factor will increase. In fact, as long as the water temperature does not exceed 95 °C, cavitation will not occur, and the cooling water (liquid) will not be interrupted.
2.Lube oil in suitable level
do not add too much oil,If the diesel engine oil is too small, it will be sucked out, the oil pressure will drop, and the oil will not reach the lubrication surface, which will accelerate the wear of the parts and even the burning of the tiles. Some customers are afraid of lack of oil and burned tiles. They think that the total oil is better than the total, so they often do not refuel according to regulations, so that the oil exceeds the standard, so that it can be “once and for all.”
