A: Prime power means average load factor of 70%-80% of the power rate in the document during the 24-hour working period. Running at prime power is most fuel economical way. Even though it can be overloaded for a maximum of 1 hour in variable periods per 12 hours of operation, While running at prime power will do good to machines.

Standby power is 10% more than prime power. Standby power rate operation under variable load, without over load.

Cop rate is continuously running power rate.

A: Fuel consumption of generators depending on the load condition. As standard, Wiseke designs base fuel tanks to operate at least 8 hours at generator full load. We can also provide 12 hours base fuel tank series genset or customized capacity base fuel tank for option.

A: Generators produce noise from exhaust, engine body, fans. Normally open type series genset noise level at 105db at 7m. Wiseke soundproof canopy genset provide Low noise design, can make the genset running noise level at 70db at 7m. or lower noise level requirement we can customized too.

A:Regular check and maintenance will ensure generator with excellent performance.  However, operating frequency , load condition, fuel and oil quality, environment temperature, dirty-dusty environment, etc. lots of factors may require you to increase the frequency of maintenance and inspection. Inspection and timely replacement of the material (engine oil, filters, belt, antifreeze, etc.).  First 6 months or the first 50 working hours (whichever comes first), the required maintenance must be carried out by the authorized service specified in the maintenance schedule. A: HS code depends on the power rate of the generators, it has 3 code, power rate less than 75kVA, adopt HS code:850211000; power rate more than 75kVA but less than 375kVA, adopt HS code:850212000; Power rate more than 375kVA, but less than 2MVA adopt HS code:8502131000

A: Our lead time is fast . normally lead time 15-20days, details depend on quantity, engine model and whether belongs to customized product. If you wanna know accurate lead time, welcome to contact our team .

A: Normally our term of payment is 30% T/T as deposit, pay balance before shipment. T/T, L/C are acceptable. other conditions pls contact our sales rep.
